- If you receive a damaged, defective product, or a wrong product is shipped, please contact FIT KING Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning issues.
- You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of purchasing for a full refund or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (defective/part missing/wrong item).
- Reverse shipping fee is required if you need to return or exchange for personal reasons ( you don't want the item).
- To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the item that you're returning should be in its original packaging with all the cords, accessories and documentation that were included as arrived, otherwise additional fees will be required.
- If you have purchased a FIT KING product from other channels instead of FIT KING official website, please apply for returns on the channel on which the purchase has been made.

- Once your return is received and inspected; we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item as well as the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If everything checks out, we will send out your expected exchange of goods or initiate your refund within 2-5 business days.
- An email confirmation will be sent to the address associated with your order, detailing the amount refunded.
- The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
